Rishabh Pant was born on 4 October 1997. He was born in a middle-class family in Uttarakhand, in the house of Rajendra Pant and Saroj Pant. During the Initial period, he used to come to Delhi with his mother to Sonet Academy and his coach was Tarak Sinha.
When he was 12 years old, his coach advised him to play for Rajasthan teams U13 and U15 but this did not work. Rishabh Pant did not stop playing domestic cricket. The turning point of his career came when he played against the u19 Assam team and he scored 150 runs in the second inning of that game. After playing that match, Pant got his name registered in the list of emerging players and made his first-class debut soon after on October 22, 2015, he made a debut in November 2015 in the Vijay Hazare trophy tournament.
